6 - Step Process

Introduction to Elevate Financial

Our first meeting is structured as a 30-minute introduction. You can get to know us and we’ll get to know you. We’ll see if we are a good match on a personal level and what to expect moving forward (including compensation and fees, if applicable).

Discovery

The next step is to understand your goals and needs. This may include group benefits planning, buy/sell funding strategies, key man (life and disability), lending strategies, supplemental employee retirement planning, non-qualified deferred compensation strategies, and risk-based strategies.

Philosophy

This step is where we provide education on potential opportunities for safeguarding your business (e.g., competitive benefits programs to attract and retain employees and reward key individuals, minimize risk by being prepared for the unexpected, offset the loss of cash flow, transition business smoothly with a properly designed and funded succession plan, etc.).

*Cash Flow Planning / Succession Planning

We analyze your business’ income and expenses and plot out a strategy to best help maximize your business’ profits. We can also help you manage succession planning. We work in conjunction with your CPA and business attorneys to ensure we implement a cohesive and integrated plan.

*Down Market / Tax Mitigation Strategies / Cash Management Yield

We analyze your goals and outlook to determine the approrpriate investment strategy for you and your particular situation. We will also discuss the most tax-efficient way to manage your business’s assets.

Implementation

The plan gets put into action and you have us by your side, even after the plan is implemented. We help monitor your financial journey and provide you with quarterly reviews.
